What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly request a 48 hour notice for any cancellation OR rescheduled appointment. Any appointments moved or canceled within 48 hours of the original appointment date will be charged 50% of the total services booked.
For guests arriving 15 minutes or less late, I may not be able to blow dry you. For guests arriving over 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and there will be a 50% charge of the total services booked.
Where are you located?
Principle Salon. 3112 24th St. San Francisco, CA 94110
(Next to Pizza Shop) - Closest intersection is 24th & Folsom St.
Can I bring lunch, snacks, etc. to my appointments especially if they are multiple hours long?
Yes! You are also welcome to order food for delivery if we are to have a long appointment together. I offer hot tea, coffee, sparkling water, still water, and mini snacks for guests but if that doesn’t feel like enough for you, you are always welcome to bring whatever you need.
What’s parking like?
24th St. is lined with metered parking and surrounding streets have lots of residential parking. I recommend giving yourself a 10 min. buffer time for parking. As a reminder, check all signs for street sweeping and time limited parking in residential areas. Principle Salon is a 5 min. walk from 24th St. Bart Station and Mission St. with many Muni busses.
Can I request a silent appointment?
Yes, of course! Any appointment with me is always YOUR appointment. On the first-time client intake form you'll fill out at your appointment, you can mark if you’d like your first appointment silent. After your first appointment, just let me know during our consultation that you’d prefer a silent appointment. I will check in with questions about your hair, if necessary, but beyond that, I will follow your lead.
Do you service children?
I currently don’t take haircuts for small children. All haircuts are the same price for any client under the age of 18.
